William F. Marscher III

William F. Marscher III is a Member of Vaux Marscher Berglind, P.A., and one of the firm’s name partners. A Lowcountry native, he has practiced law in South Carolina since 1984 and concentrates his work in real estate and real estate litigation — an area in which he has counseled Lowcountry clients for more than four decades.

From the firm’s Okatie office, which focuses on real estate, wills, trusts, and estate administration, Mr. Marscher guides individuals and businesses through residential and commercial transactions, closings, title questions, and property disputes. His long tenure in the region’s property market gives clients a steady, experienced hand through what are often the largest transactions of their lives.

Mr. Marscher earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. In addition to his 1984 admission to the South Carolina Bar, he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
