Victoria Tuten was born in Savannah, GA, and raised in Ridgeland, SC. She graduated from Thomas Heyward Academy before attending the University of South Carolina, where she earned her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in business from the Darla Moore School of Business. After undergraduate studies, she attended the Charleston School of Law, where she earned her juris doctorate. While in law school, Victoria was a member of the Maritime Law Bulletin and earned CALI Excellence Awards in Pleadings and Practice and Contemporary Issues in Freedom of Speech and Press. Following law school, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jennifer B. McCoy. After her clerkship, Victoria moved to Bluffton, SC, and began working at Vaux Marscher Berglind, PA in the Summer of 2022.
